What the Service is

Read Her Right is an AI-assisted coaching tool that offers suggestions based on the information you provide. Suggestions are generated automatically and are provided for your consideration only. You are solely responsible for what you choose to say and do, and for how you treat other people.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to harass, deceive, threaten, or harm anyone.
• Do not submit content you do not have the right to share, or content that is unlawful.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the Service.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

No guarantees

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular outcome. AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate or unsuitable, and you should use your own judgement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pattern Theory Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
